Learn techniques on encouraging openhearted communication, shifting attitudes and awareness, and reaching forgiveness and reconciliation
Explore the limits and frontiers of conflict resolution, including the internal frontiers of the heart, and the external frontiers of social, economic, political and environmental conflict.
Ken Cloke is a mediator, arbitrator, attorney, speaker and author of several books including Mediation: Revenge and the Magic of Forgiveness; Mediating Dangerously: The Frontiers of Conflict Resolution; The Crossroads of Conflict: A Journey into the Heart of Dispute Resolution; and Conflict Revolution: Mediating Evil, War, Injustice, and Terrorism. Mr. Cloke currently serves as the Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution in Santa Monica, CA and as the President of Mediators Beyond Borders.

Conflict Resolution Minnesota is a non-profit organization organization of alternative dispute resolution professionals based primarily in Minnesota. Our members practice in all facets of ADR, including mediation, community mediation, education mediation, restorative justice, court-sponsored mediation, and arbitration. We are a chapter of the International Association for Conflict Resolution.
We use this website as our primary tool in communicating with our members and promoting their practices. Our site is hosted mediate.com, and we have a number links to resouces on that site which you may find interesting.
