Community Mediation Services is committed to developing the capacity of our community to respectfully manage and resolve conflict. Experience: Community Mediation Services, Inc., has been providing mediation services for over 20 years. Mediators complete an initial 30-hour mediator training certified by the Minnesota Supreme Court, and receive a minimum of 6 hours continuing education each year. Shared Parenting Mediators receive an additional 21-hour Family Bridge. Education/Professional Background: Mediators have a wide variety of educational and professional backgrounds. Professional certifications and memberships: Community Mediation Services, Inc., is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral under Minnesota Supreme guidelines, and compliant with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 494. Fee schedule:
Most mediation services are paid for through third party contracts. An administrative fee of $150 is charged for shared parenting services, and $500 for parenting time expediting.
