Online profile application

1. To post a profile in "Search for Mediator or Arbitrator" section, you will need to be a paid member of CRM. See the membership page of this website to find out how to become a CRM member.

2. You must fill out the profile application form. To open a copy of the profile application, click on the blue "profile application" at the top of this page. When you click the "submit" button at the bottom of the form, it will go to us by email.

3. Submit the profile application by either of the following methods:

* Mail the application along with a photo (if you want one) and the listing fees to CRM at the following address:

* Email the application to Sandy at CRM@visi.com and include a photo in JPEG format (if you want one).

4. Once the profile application has been received, we will send you an acknowledgment by email. Please allow at least two weeks from the date you receive your email acknowledgment before your profile is listed on the web site.

5. The profile page shall be administered by the CRM Website Committee which shall be responsible for keeping the profile page up to date. The CRM Website Committee has the right to refuse or edit any profile page which it believes is unsuitable for its website.

6. Conflict Resolution Minnesota provides the profile page as a service to its member Mediators and Arbitrators and does not endorse, recommend or guarantee the services of any of the Mediators or Arbitrators listed on this website.
