Statement of personal philosophy:
It is my goal that participants in mediation have the opportunity to develop resolutions which address their collective interests. I utilize and it is my philosophy that a client-centered, facilitative approach is most effective. Transformative and evaluative models are also available upon request and where deemed appropriate.
ADR experience:
I am an approved mediator by the Minnesota and Florida Supreme Courts and am listed as a Court Qualified Neutral on the Minnesota Roster of Neutrals. I maintain active membership and leadership roles in several professional organizations and have been mediating family, employment, construction, and general civil law matters since 1993.

Fee schedule and payment arrangements:
Administrative Fee $150.00 non-refundable
Mediation/Drafting $165.00 per hour
Initial retainer of 5 hours Mediation plus Admin Fee $975.00 *
Cancellation Fee $150.00
Other forms of ADR $165.00 per hour
* Unused portion of retainer, if any, is refundable. Fees split equally among parties unless otherwise ordered or agreed to. We accept major credit cards.
